Delivery Times
We aim to deliver all orders within 2–3 business days. Orders placed before [cut-off time, e.g., 2 PM local time] will be processed on the same day. Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Areas
We currently ship to all locations within New Zealand. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.

Shipping Rates
We are pleased to offer free shipping on all orders within New Zealand.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your shipment’s progress.

Undelivered Packages
If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment.
